SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All the transit time informed in the checkout is counted by the day after the payment confirmation.

All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 business days, counting after payment confirmation. So your estimated transit time will always be 1 business day plus the time transit presented in the checkout.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business days, and will arrive 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to any US address are sent using USPS Mail Service or other service chosed by you in the checkout, as UPS or DHL. The orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders shipped outside the US usually take 7-15 business days to be delivered.

We don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

A shipping confirmation is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Van Beachwear Brazilian Fashion is no longer liable. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

INSTASHOP USA is not responsible for an incorrect or insufficient address provided to us, but if this happens please contact us immediately with the correct information and we will try our best to reroute the package if possible. Please note that additional charges may be applied for rerouting.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping may be available during specific campaigns or by store choice. The shipping method for free shipping will always be the most economic method, so the deadline for shipping should be considered the same of the cheapest shipping cost method shown at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address go through a fraud verification system. You may experience a few delay in payment approval.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping.

All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions.

Free shipping is not available for international orders.
